About Me
Hi, I’m Sonaded Khanna, the founder of CNW meal delivery service. I’m passionate about helping people live healthier, longer lives through the power of real food. As a certified nutrition coach and trained cook, I’ve spent years learning how food impacts our well-being.
My journey in the culinary world began over a decade ago, when I worked in various restaurants across New York City. In 2020, I ran a food blog sharing healthy recipes to inspire more home-cooked meals. I had the chance to work and volunteer for the New York City Wine and Food Festival for three consecutive years and made it to the quarterfinals of Favorite Chef in 2023.
In 2022, I self-published an ebook titled Almost Meatless, a collection of healthy recipes for flexitarians. In 2023, I continued my research on food, recipes, and well-balanced diets and became certified as a nutrition coach.
My mission is to help others who have busy schedules and don’t have time to cook have access to nutritious meals that are prepared for them and delivered to their door.
